Of the many great releases during the 2015 IPCPR trade show this summer, the new El Centurion H-2K-CT stands out. Made by the legendaries Garcia’s family of My Father Cigars, this is a new brand that pleases even the most discerning smokers.

The whole El Centurion line has had a successful history. At first, it was launched in 2007 and was meant to be limited edition. After much success, the cigar line was brought back into regular production in 2013. Now, the H-2K-CT El Centurion is an alteration of the original line. The Garcia’s proprietary H-2K-CT wrapper doesn’t feature your typical Connecticut shade wrapper. Instead, it features a wrapper that is a hybrid from the Valley of the River of Connecticut. You may think this cigar is too similar to the My Father Connecticut cigar or the El Centurion. This is not the case. The cigar is box-pressed and full of flavor. It’s medium-bodied and should please most cigar smokers.
